      Nutrition education and counseling for students to optimize their health and wellness, implement a healthy eating schedule, and address emotional eating and disordered eating concerns, among others. Nutrition consultations with a Registered Dietitian are $15 for initial and $10 for follow up. Nutrition consultations are FREE with a Nutrition Educator.

    • Offers individual and group sessions around various physical health concerns such as body image, disordered eating, and stress. Sessions are free to FSU students.

      The University Counseling Center (UCC) is a welcoming and confidential place to come. They offer group sessions too - on Monday there is a Journey to Healing group for survivors of sexual violence.
