Physical Health

- Nutrition education and counseling for students to optimize their health and wellness, implement a healthy eating schedule, and address emotional eating and disordered eating concerns, among others. Nutrition consultations with a Registered Dietitian are $15 for initial and $10 for follow up. Nutrition consultations are FREE with a Nutrition Coaches.

- The University Counseling Center (UCC) is a welcoming and confidential place to come. They offer group sessions too - on Monday there is a Journey to Healing group for survivors of sexual violence.

- A confidential advocate is on call twenty-four hours a day to respond to FSU students, faculty, and staff who are victimized, or any other person who is victimized on our campus, or by an FSU student. When a survivor calls (850) 644-7161, if the advocate is occupied with another call, survivors can leave a message or as always, they can reach an advocate by calling FSUPD at (850) 644-1234.
